Product introduction:
HF-800M7BH is halogen-free environmentally friendly flame-retardant masterbatch with high
flow PP as the carrier, mainly composed of Piperazine Pyrophosphate. It can be used in various flame
retardant PP products and fully meets the requirements of EU RoHS, REACH and other environmental
regulations. HF-800M7BH uses phosphorus and nitrogen as flame retardant elements to form an intumescent
carbon layer, which block oxygen and fire sources, with low smoke density and low smoke toxicity. It can
make the materials reach UL94 V-0, GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃ and other flame retardant grades. Moreover,
the density of flame retardant products is small, and the mold corrosion is small. In addition, the use of
masterbatch can also avoid excessive dust in the production process, improve the dispersion effect of flame
retardants, and improve product performance.
